About Michelle

Michelle Anne (Shakti) is an executive coach and national speaker. She has over 30 years of corporate experience, training in neuroscience from Harvard University, works with The American Institute of Stress, training in (MBSR) Mind-body medicine, studied with one of the most revered yogi’s of our time and is a published author. She has owned 3 successful businesses while raising 5 kids, enjoys running, yoga, and baking.

Widely known as a secret weapon, Michelle helps clients with career transitions, emotional intelligence, stress, relationships, overcoming blind spots and obstacles, gaining confidence and creating possibility where there was none.
