This is a Mindfulness-based stress reduction program for couples trying to conceive or who are pregnant.
Studies show that a woman who participates in a mind-body program are 32% more likely to become pregnant than those who do not participate. (Alice Domar, Ph.D.)
This course is designed to enhance fertility, help cope with the rollercoaster of infertility and foster a healthy happy pregnancy.
The course includes:
- Gentle yoga
- Guided meditation/Visualization /iAM Method of Yoga Nidra
- Silent meditation
- Breath awareness
- Loving-kindness meditation
- Discussions Neurobiology, Neuropsychology, and Cognitive Restructuring through Mindfulness
Cognitive restructuring interrupts the cycle of emotional thoughts that can negatively affect your physical, mental and emotional health.
Studies on Mindfulness and Fertility overwhelmingly show increased rates of pregnancy by as much as 40% when patients participate in a Mindful-based program.
When practiced over time, it creates permanent changes in the structure and function of the brain, changing your relationship with stress, increasing resilience, creating a positive outlook and increasing satisfaction and happiness in one’s life.
Did you know: The hypothalamus, which is a walnut-sized organ in the middle of the brain, regulates both cortisol (a chemical that is released when we are under stress) and our reproductive hormones?
Note: Mindfulness is dose-based, meaning the more you practice the more your brain structure and function change!

This program is closely modeled after the world-renowned MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) program which was founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
MBSR is the most studied program around the world in Mindfulness. Because of our passion, we have also studied intensely with Yoga Guru’s and Buddhist Monks, to incorporate the original essence of mindfulness at the seed level.
To make this program user-friendly, we include at-home practice recordings as well as educational mindfulness resource cards. We keep it all simple, straightforward and approachable.

Michelle Anne is powerful mindfulness trainer who teaches throughout the world.
She has 25 years of deep spiritual study and practice. Her teachers are Jon Kabat-Zinn, Shri Amritji and Swami Kripalvananda. She has a depth of knowledge of Neurobiology and Neuropsychology in relation to Mindfulness and Stress. Michelle has been bestowed the title of Acharya, one who teaches by how she lives, by her teacher, undergone. professional certification MBSR training and is a 500EYT, certified with Yoga Alliance.
Michelle is the mother of 4 and has worked with Dr. Schoolcraft over 20 years ago to assist her in getting pregnant. She has undergone ART and 2 cycles of IVF. She has owned 3 successful businesses. Michelle is a regular speaker in the field of Stress Reduction and Mindfulness.
