When something happens to you, how long does it take you to recover back to a  grounded, balanced state of mind?
This is a life skill that is very helpful in business and everyday life. However, not all of us bounce back as quickly as others.

The latest neuroscience is now measuring the recovery and mental training. And many studies now suggests that mental training can help people rebound more quickly.  And let’s face it, things happen in life all the time and rebounding can be vital to well-being, especially as we age.
