This course provides a path through challenges or struggles of any kind.
Topics covered include neuroscience underlying anxiety, stress, negative self-talk, understanding emotions, finding clarity, connecting meaning and purpose to your work, and discovering the guru within. This program is an opportunity to re-wire your brain at a cellular level using very powerful yoga and meditation from a living lineage (Kripalu). We will explore the inner dimension of yoga (no experience is required) to make fundamental changes in habits and how you see yourself and the world.
Course includes 2 recorded monthly lectures and 1 monthly live practice on the 3rd Sunday of the month from 9am – 11am.
