Trained in Neuroscience and Transformational Leadership at Harvard, Communication at Parsons School of Design, Philosophy from Miami University. Anne has received her training to teach Mindfulness (Mind-Body Medicine) from UMass Medical, Center for Mindfulness working with Jon Kabat-Zinn, her Yoga Alliance certifications in yoga, meditation, and philosophy from her teacher Shri Amritji and studies with Swami Chidinand Saraswati. She has been bestowed the title of Acharya from her guru. Anne is working on her first book, and routinely publishes articles in national publications.
$200/hour. 3-hour minimum.
