Yoga Nidra relaxes your body and balances the hemispheres of the brain. By dropping you down through the different brainwaves states (as if you are sleeping) you are dropped into a very deep relaxation where the signs of stress on the body are reversed.

Digestive problems affect many of us in the U.S. Stress in our daily lives that is unattended to (not released) first shows up in our digestive system. When it’s out of whack, it means there is inner work to be done. By inner work, I mean something we are avoiding, not listening to, something we are afraid of.

The practice of Yoga Nidra is an ancient art from India. Some call it the gateway to meditation. If you can lay down and close your eyes you can practice Yoga Nidra. It’s literally effortless to practice. In fact, if you are trying to get somewhere you are doing it wrong.

My personal practice of Yoga Nidra has erased many of my fears, given me a new perspective on my life and those around me, and reversed my 40+ food allergies. Going to the allergist to get a re-check a year ago, was priceless. The Doctor came in and asked me what I had done… all my allergies were gone.
