About The Masters Course

Our Programs are based off of the evidence-based MBSR program from UMASS Medical. Founded in scientific research, we offer knowledge based ciriculumn with hands-on practical techniques that have been studied for over 38 years around the world.

Our Instructors are trained at the top Medical Centers in the world and have worked intensely on embodying the principles of mindfulness in their own lives. Each instructors has been through the most rigiorus mind-body and yoga training offered and is skilled in delivering impactful courses.

The Masters Course Combines:

Practicing various evidence-based techniques, based on paying attention on purpose in the present moment non-judgementally.

    MEET THE FOUNDER
    Michelle Anne BS, MBSR, ACHARYA

    Michelle has a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Miami University, and has studied at Parsons School of Design. She has received her training to teach Mindfulness (Mind-Body Medicine) from UMass Medical, Center for Mindfulness, her Yoga Alliance certifications in yoga, meditation, and philosophy from her teacher Shri Amritji from at The Amrit Yoga Institute (Kripalu lineage), and has been bestowed the title of Acharya from her guru.

    Michelle has practiced meditation and yoga for 20+ years. Her teachers are Jon Kabat-Zinn (the Father of Mindfulness), Saki Santorelli, and Shri Amritji (the international Grand Master of Yoga, a pioneer in bringing Hatha yoga to the West in the 60’s).

    Michelle Anne has been a corporate speaker and teacher for over 25 years and is a natural in front of small and large groups of people. Her relaxed style, depth of knowledge and creativity blend well to produce exceptionally engaging, skill-based, and practical courses.
