Michelle Anne BS, MBSR, ACHARYA

Master Neuro Coach Michelle has studied neuroscience and leadership at Harvard, Communication at Parsons School of Design, Philosophy from Miami University. She has received her training to teach Mindfulness (Mind-Body Medicine) from UMass Medical, Center for Mindfulness, her Yoga Alliance certifications in yoga, meditation, and philosophy from her teacher Shri Amritji and Swami Chidinand Saraswati, and has been bestowed the title of Acharya from her guru.

 

Michelle has practiced meditation and yoga for 20+ years. Her teachers are Jon Kabat-Zinn (the Father of Mindfulness), Saki Santorelli, and Shri Amritji (the international Grand Master of Yoga, a pioneer in bringing Hatha yoga to the West in the 60’s).

 

Michelle Anne has been a corporate speaker and teacher for over 25 years and is a natural in front of small and large groups of people. Her relaxed style, depth of knowledge and creativity blend well to produce exceptionally engaging, skill-based, and practical courses.
